Improving Access to Liked Products on PDP
To explore ways to enhance the user experience on product detail pages (PDP), I conducted research on how users prefer to interact with their liked products while browsing. The goal was to identify opportunities to make saved items more accessible, supporting better decision-making without disrupting the shopping flow.
Through user research and competitive analysis, I examined how existing platforms handle liked products and identified pain points that could be addressed. This ideation phase focused on thinking of solutions that seamlessly integrate liked products into the PDP experience, making it easier for users to compare, revisit, and purchase their favorites.
